Now in East County you could try Diamond in La Mesa, Apollo in El Cajon, Cajon Spa there and Perfecta. YMMV but some have done well.

Went to A Spa and had a nice team. Have 670+ posts and 99% are for the SWs.

I did see several ads she had, some still talked about nude and all talked about FBSM.
