Just like the "Soup Nazi", stand quietly in line, pay your bill, be nice, and don't be stupid and you'll have a good time.

I'd say a 10-20 tip is very generous considering they already have a 40 tip built into the house fee of 100 an hour. Call it what you want but that's what it is. I'd hit it up but just not into American girls.
