Act like its not your first rodeo, and they'll be more at ease. A happy provider provides more happy. And if you stiff them, that's just ripping them off and they remember. They're trying to make a living, and if you can't pay market rates then you shouldn't indulge. It's not like they see hundreds of different men, so they're likely to remember you since they see / touch / interact with all of you. And I'm sure they talk about the losers amongst the other providers in the spa, they seem to have plenty of down time and tips are what the business is all about.
