I've been away from the toledo scene since 2015. I didn't really understand how far from grace it had fallen.
I used to go with a friend to the Alexis strip and the old club that was now mint. Girls were hot and extras were usually had most of the time if you looked.
But I stopped in at bucks Friday before meeting friends for dinner. I walked out a servery disappointed man. 3 girls, no stage dancing as they had a water leak and it wasn't safe.
Overall I guess you are all right head north if you want fun at a club. Even if you just want cute girls dancing this doesn't seem like the place to be.
Hey, I've never been to a strip club before and it's something I've always wanted to try. I know most would say it's probably a waste of time and money but if anyone can give me suggestions on where to go and a rundown of what I should expect / do when I'm there, that would be really helpful! Read the Strip Club reports for Detroit and pay attention to the Henry The 8th's and Bogart's reports. Bring a change of clothes so you can burn the clothes you wore in there. You'll feel like a filthy degenerate afterward, but it usually wears off in a day or two.

Loose pants no big belt buckles etc. Generally they take turns on stage which gives you a chance to see the girls. See one you like, some eye contact or a tip & she may visit you. Some may just stop by as well. All that varies. Sometimes you get totally ignored other times you get all the attention. Girls goal is to get you to go in the back. They used to all announce a song special meaning 2 songs for whatever which is a better deal for you. VIP in T towns a waste imo. Drinks generally overpriced but they may have specials. If you drink beer it's your best bet budget wise. Hope this helps.

I have overheard a girl telling a guy $80 for a dance once. Most will try to get you for $35-50.

f you are there just to watch girls dance Toledo will be fine, in fact probably better than SE MI as many dancers in SE MI do not understand dance, they do other things first. Especially the clubs recently mentioned. Note, to go in at night, pay cover, pay for drinks and tip some you are laying down $50 minimum.
Perfectly fine to tip girls singles on stage. Slip them into their G-String as they approach you on the edge of the stage. But be aware as others said if you tip they generally will come sit with you thinking you want to get a couch dance. These girls, most of them, are hustlers, their job is to extract money from you, even if it means you do not want to see them again (IE charging you more than she should). Also when a girl sits with you it is HIGHLY probable a waitress will stop by to ask if you want to buy the girl a drink. And the girl will likely order a $20 drink, so feel free to say no thanks and that you prefer to spend your money other ways later in the night. If that makes you feel uncomfortable to do that then ask the dancer before the waitress comes over if you want a drink that is fine, but keep it under $10.
If a girl asks to sit with you and you are not interested just say thanks for stopping by but I am waiting on another girl or some buddies to show up soon. They may ask who so be prepared. Also some girls will not ask, they will just plop their fat ass down and start talking. If you are not interested in her just keep your words to one or two, short answers to her inquires. She will get the picture or just ask her to leave, again if you feel OK being blunt, not all are.

The other one down the street on Telegraph is the one that lost the license. Was originally called Bucks Rack City then changed to Trophy Club. Then reopened as a juice bar called Roxys. When it was Roxys it was full nude. They tried at first to make it a byob club but the city said no. Think it lasted about two months then they closed it. The building is currently for sale or lease.

I was in Detroit Saturday and headed back to Toledo around 10 PM. So going south on 75 I got off on Luna Pier Rd to check out Agora. I was expecting it to be busy but it was closed. Seeking a chocolate fix I stopped at Climax (formally known as Chablis). This was now a little after 11:00 PM. It was a $10 cover to get in, got patted down, hey don't mind only physical contact of the evening. Only one other customer a white dude in the place and 3 dancers, one was the door keeper. All cute / good looking. Since I was the only other customer in the place the dancer I watched of course hit on me with the usual, "How you doing, etc.". Told her I was just hitting the bars and had stopped at Agora, she said, "OH, I used to work there, it's been closed since this summer". So there's that. She said Climax doesn't get busy till late, so I only had one drink and left, no vibe, no fun. I was going across the street to Sneaky Pete's but the parking lot was full!! Drove around 3 times.
In Toledo for a meeting, and checking out the old haunts. Nothing like the old days! Hit "MIST" tonight, ok it's a Monday. But was expecting more. No cover or pat down which was nice. Same old Hush, dancer I chatted with said they did some remodeling but looked the same to me with low lights. I did have a great chat with "Veronica" a very cute 4'8" tatted girl, think Mexican but very interesting and chatty. I got 2 dances from her $25 each, and tipped her $10 (My stocks are on fire). Dance was just bumps and grinds nothing special, may repeat, but was there looking for another dancer that didn't show. Left around 9:30, no one else in the place except staff. Only 2-3 other customers came and went while I was there.
Drove by Roxy tonight, their sign says "Grand Opening Nov 21st" so someone is trying again.
Went to Climax and whoever said it gets busy later is right, at around 1130 girls came pouring in. There's still probably no real fun to be had but OTC may exist.

I'm a long time hobbyist. This is actually my second profile and I just started back on the board again recently after a year or two break. I've been. To Hippo and platinum multiple times lately and the talent is horrible at both. Theres girls dancing that are 2 ft wide and only 5 ft tall. Each club might have 3 actual hottest. The sad thing is that ill go in there with $200 or $300 and a fatty might approach me and the cuties play on their phones and ignore me. They are losing out on money.

Those cuties have regulars that come in and spend a lot on them. Some are even really rude if you approach them. Had one girl tell me this guy gives me 800 just to sit with him and buys her drinks. She don't need to do dances for me.
I know a couple of them that will work Toledo clubs during week then they go down to Columbus to work the weekend. They say they make more money down there.
Day shift is even worse than night shift. Usually only one or two girls.
For those okay with the vanilla experience that is Toledo strip clubs, just got back grom Mint, had 2 dances.
Unfortunately don't remember the name of the first one, but she was a W skinny with As. Pretty lack luster lapdance; she didn't allow roaming hands & didn't strip her bikini. She did take me into one of the VIP without charging extra because "I got in trouble once for using these rooms, but fuck it, I want extra room to dance. ".
Second was Mia, a short & skinny AA (my type) with Bs. Amusing conversation about terrible jobs, she never smack talked the club or other girls & was overall bubbly. She was constantly engaging in physical contact like knee rubbing. Stage dance she wasted no time removing her top & did 3 songs, rubbed up on me several times during. Took her to the back for private where she allowed full roaming (minus vag, as per usual in T Town). While waiting for a song to start so to not cut a dance short, she stood away from the booth & stripped while we waited. Her pasties were just tiny bits of med tape that was basically see through. The dance was very sensual. She would guide hands regularly to her butt and tits, constantly maintaining skin contact. Did lits of ASMR including ear nibbling. The cherry on stop was when dismounting after the dance was over, she delivered a kiss to the cheek.
Cover was $10. Only light alcohol was beer (no hard lemonade, cider, sode, etc). Soft drinks were $5, so gouging pretty bad on 10 cents of soda. No obvious bouncer during my visit. 6 or 7 girls with only 4 customers. All girls were either skinny or fit, except for one W girl that was average build, maybe starting on the thick scale, but still good looking. Mostly As, a couple Bs, all natural. Most had few or no tats, the ones with ink having only small, subtle ink. I don't think any were older than 25, which is my preference. No girls seemed rude & were constantly on the move. Mostly W with 2 AA. The 3 that sat with me all smelled nice, the 2 W smelled freshly showered. Worst case was Mia smelled faintly of the devil's lettuce, but it wasn't off-putting for a sober person like me.
Music has vastly improved. No longer just trash rap & hip hop (it IS a strip club, so some did play), but had club mixes of boomer & gen x music. One girl I talked to but didn't ask for a dance was pushing for the occasional country song. Also, they stopped the bullshit of the short edits, so 2 lapdances lasted about 5-7 min. Dances were $25 per song.
I left after time with Mia.
TL; DR:
Expensive drinks (even by stripping standards), young & attractive girls, mixed vanilla experience. Mia was fun; treat her well.

Roundtrip, your looking at 2 - 2 1/2 hours of driving. I'm way too lazy for that, most strip clubs are too much work. Employee's recap: Are we sure he was planning a mass shooting? Absolutely. You do not bring two bags of ammo, an AR, a pistol, and various other weapons with you to target one thing.
This man came in dressed from head to toe. Ballistic helmet, Kevlar, pillows and metal plates under a bulletproof vest, full police uniform. This was not a simple act of police impersonation.
I had to keep a man calm, while remaining calm, so my staff was not targeted. Once I got them to safety my life no longer mattered. My crew was good so I knew I had time to spare. He would not speak to me which made the situation ever worse. Have you ever had to remain calm with an AR under a man's hands knowing he's going to shoot you with any wrong move? I hope no one ever has to experience that.
We are all safe. We are all shaken up and absolutely terrified having to live this over and over in our heads thinking we haven't done enough or what if we changed this or that, not a fun thing to play over and over.

You could actually take a lunch hour (if you were local) and be back to work in time. You are correct about the drive though, if H8's was still there you could do that in 45. But to get to Dearborn you are looking at an hour + depending where in the Toledo area you are. I do not go up more than 1-2 times a year anymore and usually make it an all day thing, be it a trip to see the Tigers, or stopping off at a few of my favorite restaurants, ect.
