Decided to cruise downtown this morning, arrived around 5am a few BSW out then a WSW who has been discussed on here before was out skinny blonde had her dyed blue for a while advertised on BP. For a brief time an unmarked leo car was stopping getting out and talking to the girls who were out. He disappeared and then I noticed a WSW long blonde hair kinda chunky but not really average height she was walking around but for some reason could not get her to talk to me. Anyway the one BSW who hangs out on 12th and m was there still not sure about her. Most girls left around 6ish no courtney or star sightings. Leo was no exsistant. Maybe I will head back down sat am really curious about the blonde with the long hair.

The time seems to be around 5:00 to 6:30 and sometimes 7:00 but very rarely. I remember not too long ago it started as early as 10:00 pm and went pretty much all night. In comparison, yeah, pretty dead out there and I guess the venue for SWs has changed to other towns or online or something. I have no idea where they all went.

There was little action out last weekend (I didn't get out this weekend). I picked up this skinny WSW that I have seen a few times. Made the circuit and while there is action out there, the talent pool is pretty poor. Started off at 3:00 a. M. And obviously nothing down on the loop so went up New York Ave. Two BSWs by the Budget Inn and three BSWs at the Shell on the corner by the McDonalds. Thought I would check out the hotels themselves and the Budget Inn had a huge BSW who was getting into a car in the parking lot, so might be worth pulling in and checking things out. One thin BSW at the Shell, didn't' get a good look but from a distance looked good. Was with management, who looked like a clown with his purple suit and hat with a big feather in it. If it were Halloween would have been perfect.

Went up Rhode Island to some old haunts of days gone by-nothing. LEO was parked at the Hess hanging out with blue lights on up top.

Checked out the full length of K Street, and part of it (the tranny section of k) was all blocked off for some reason. There were a ton of LEO out and about, but they were concerned with something else. Parked on every other block of Constitution, too, so don't know what I was missing.

Back to the loop, nothing out until 5:15 when a very tall BSW made an appearance in short shorts and black top and a chubby WSWs with a real butter face and bad white hair that looked like a bad wig shoulder length. Didn't want to partake with butter face and BSW was way too 'big'. Just big boned like a Nebraska cornhusker-which is a funny analogy. No LEO to speak of, one made a pass, but nobody was out when she drove by.

Up 12th street was some action, butt ugly WSW that if you covered her head with a bag would have been doable. A tall BSW took up residence up on 12th past Mass, too. Seen her before, others would recognize her. Three other BSWs appeared briefly, but all were gone by sixish, so as usual, pretty much dead.

Probably my last trip down to the loop and report until things change.

Thanks for the Report. I've been curious about the happenings in DC. It's been awhile, but I've seen SW on K around 14-15th. Just too much of a PITA to even attempt a pickup.

I hit the loop around 6am on Sat morning. There was LEO parked on 12th and another rolling slow on L. Decided not to stick around. Maybe they were changing it up from the bike cops I kept seeing last year.

I didn't have time to write the report up but I was out last Saturday early morning. Anyway, I hit the loop around 4:30ish or so maybe a little later. I saw a measly two or three BSW out there after a few loops, and nothing to write home about. I also of course checked some of the side streets. LE nearby of course on bikes / segways and in units. I actually used to avoid the loop in the past as things were getting hot before I left the city, but what can you do? I didn't feel like sliding over to New York or West Virginia so I decided to call it a night. Anyway, I decided to cruise through Rhode Island avenue after changing my mind. It was early AM on Saturday and I am just returning to D. C. After many years away. I have read some of the post here and what areas should be avoided and how bad the city has gotten but I decided to try one of the areas I used to cruise through sometimes long ago. I am sure that many of you are familiar with the 7 eleven and the Motel in that vicinity. I decide to cruise through that area and LE is definitely out there on Rhode island. (Be careful out there). I happened to see a kind of tall BSW walking along out there sort of near the motel. She was a lone walker and I had to make a U-turn to get near her and get a closer look. Good thing I didn't pull right up as LE was cruising right beside me. No problem, since I didn't pull up on her or crash while staring her down no trouble with LE. I passed and made a U again at the 7 eleven and pulled on over. Spoke for a bit and she asked to do the "test" for those of you who know what that is. Once tested we negotiated the price and it was off to the Motel nearby. On the ride to the motel she kept pressing me about making a phone call (Hell no was the answer I don't have a cell, as if I would let her make a call on my cell) We stopped at the spot that has the sink in each room. (No restrooms just a sink) A real shithole of a place but hey its just a fuck spot anyway not a doubletree. Gave me a CBJ and she actually had a fat ass nice and soft just like I like it. (Of course I had to turn her around and hit it from the back.) didn't get her number as I never used to in the past. Back then it was a dime a dozen and they were everywhere. I figured she would get a pimp at somepoint when I saw her at a hotel she was very green to the game. There was a few leo out but not heavy and no bike boys.

Been monitoring the forum for a bit now and have finally gotten around to making a report. Been mongering for a minute (mostly overseas) but wanting to check out the scene here in DC while here. Hit NY for a little early morning fun around 6am and was surprised to see 3 BSWs and 1 LSW hanging out in front of a motel and walking down the road to a nearby gas station. Never been the SW type myself and thought it would be fun to give it a try. After multiple rounds, got the attention of the one I was interested in (Sin was her name) , pulled up and she took me to a private spot across the street (another hotel parking lot). Good thing I had tint. Have to say I'm not a fan of the SW, still prefer a room due to it seeming like she was basically in a rush, but overall not bad for $40 CBJ.

Crazy thing is, I saw plenty of LEOs driving down the road. Just didn't seem like they were paying them any mind. Is that normal?

The only time that you are going to get harassed by the police is if (1) you draw attention to yourself by doing something stupid (e. G, making a U-turn in the middle of traffic; holding up traffic to talk to a SW; or picking up a SW at the wrong time of the day in the wrong location) ; (2) there is a sting / operation going on to target SW or hobbyists; (3) there happens to be an overzealous cop out; (4) there have been recent complaints / attention to the SWs in the area; or (5) your car is making some familiar moves w / foggy windows in a very conspicuous place.

Most LEO that are not specifically assigned to a prostitution detail or instructed to keep an extra eye on prostitution during his or her shift is not going to waste time on prostitution because the result is a citation, and the hassle to the officer (going to court, taking the time to do the paperwork, etc) is not worth it. However, most LEOs are big on respect, and you will get burned if you do something that shows that you have no respect for the LEOs authority, the LEOs presence, or the law in general. In other words, if you are not stupid, you will not have any problems.

However, it has been some years since I engaged in street activities in DC, so I am not the best person to give advice.

Has anyone Barebacked any of the SWers?

It's very Common as MPD has a motor pool right there and the district station is just up the street. Most of them (LE) are either on their way to work or from work. However, they do frequent the parking lot of the motel there as well as the gas station when activity increases. There is also a tan unmarked impala that has been in that area and along WV. I have seen him atleast four times on separate occasions. However each time he has been pushing the SWs off the block, I have yet to see him stop a customer. As was previously identified though, as long as you don't do anything illegal I. E. Pull halfway into the gas station entry.

And back up into oncoming traffic to turn around and go talk to a SW who is walking away from the LE car sitting right in front of you, you'll be ok. <-TRUE STORY! Oh and if you are new to the area, use caution on WV! A lot of "sirs" out there.

I am sure there are some that have had the condom break and didn't realize it etc. It is simply not a risk that you should take though. It is similar to playing Russian Roulette.

Some of the SW's are more bold than others and will be just right on 12th and k like it nothing and others kinda work up 12th and around the block over to 11th. You'll need a car for FS and its 80/100. They'll know of places to go-but read the forum on how to do it safely so you don't get jacked or arrested. Don't pay above 100. New girls will ask upwards of 150, but they can take a hike. The rates can go a bit lower, but they have to basically not made any money or need the cash. In that instance, maybe 60, but thats once in a blue moon.

The heat is probably heavy because somebody has been complaining. I didn't know AP was right on the corner of the loop, LOL. Working girls on the outside and inside.

I woke up a 5am this morning and figured what the hell, I'll take a spin. I made it to the track around 6 and found it alive and well. I made half a loop and scooped Nina, there was other talent out and about. I counted 8 SWers which I suspect was only a fraction of the turn out. Long and short of the story is that Nina again impressed! My breakfast just arrived. Happy hunting!

There were several Leo's floating around this morning they were just letting their presence be known. Follow the rules and you will be fine.

That 8 number sounds about right for the high end of what one can expect to see out there over the weekend so these days. What you gave you this 'suspicion' that there were more out there if you didn't see any others?

My guess is that there were probably a few other around that may have been occupied at that moment. Again it's just a guess.

I made the loop this morning around 5:am til around 6am. I saw about 6 BSW and one WSW. Actually there were more BSW's but the really nice looking ones kept on getting scooped up instantly. You literally had about three minutes to get to them and they would be gone. After one or two got picked up one or two more would appear and voila gone in five or ten minutes. There was actually very heavy LEO presence but they didn't seem to be hounding anyone at that time. I decided against making any pics as the ones that I wanted were gone so fast you couldn't blink. To add to that the lights were coming on fast. (Daylight that is). I hate picking up SW's when it is in broad daylight. Nightime is fun but I don't like doing such things when the lights come on. It was nice to at least see the block with a little life on it.

I was cruising through Benning Road on Friday night / Saturday early morning. Anyway, as I was cruising along I decided to stop quick at a little convenience store to grab a soda and a snack. When I stopped at the convenience store I bumped into a kinda cute little chick asking for money. She claimed that she needed money to feed her son or something along those lines. (I am normally not the type to give in to beggars but decided to entertain the idea a little bit. Well to make a long story short I got into some convo with her and basically (I let the monger in me come out) mentioned how I would be happy to help her financially but she would have to do something for me. (Not in those words though). I could tell that she was either inexperienced or either a non-pro by her responses. She said that she needed a minute to think about it so I said sure and went on to get my snacks and pay for them. She left the store briefly while I was getting the things I needed. When she returned she agreed, we negotiated a bit and it was time for me to play! She had very nice breast and surprise surprise milk as an added bonus. (Not that I wanted any of that but it definitely added something to things.) Her ass was soft but kinda flabby but beggars can't be choosers. No pics but I wasn't planning on mongering I was just cutting through this area and had a chance experience.

For those out there who might want to cruise through this area, it is hit or miss. It isn't a normal spot where SW's typically congregate but every so often you can find one out here.

Crusising through to work Tuesday morning and saw like 4 BSW, all were very SKINNY! Kinda hanging on the corner 12th and L dancing and making a scene if you ask me. Turned me off for the morning. Saw one blonde short hair SW never have given her a ride to work but see her all the time. For me the daylight is a killer and I really have not seen Nina to ask if she needed a ride so I just made a loop and headed to work. Today was very light one BSW, that was it.

So I was wondering if anyone knew the name or even seen the small light skinned BSW that hangs out on the NY Ave loop. She is the shortest out of all of them and she looks like she might be pregnant. Didn't get the digit or pics but I showed her the video of the transformers fight she laughed her ass off and told me she had the same phone. I went back out this morning and who should I see, Caramel this time she was over on K with some chick with a buzz cut hair style (looked like a dirty tennis ball) I scooped her up again. 80 got me the FS and boy can she ride left a bit a puddle in my back seat but it was worth it. She told me she was staying over in Arlington I was able to secure the digits so hopefully the next time I see her I can grab some pics or a video. DC never disappoints me. I know I am from B-More but all we have up here is gutter trash. It's sad when the transformer look better than the real women.

I was cruising through the loop around 4:30AM. I actually saw a good assortment of women out there. I saw two WSW. And a about five or six BSW. I didn't make any pickups as I was very unlucky. LEO kept on following me. I don't know if it was bad luck or bad timing. A few times they trailed me for a few blocks as I was running the loop. Not cool. Wasn't a good sign for me so I decided against an attempt as I did not want to be this weekends "example". Decided to head in and wait for my luck to rebuild. LEO was definitely out there though. Visibly and non-visibly. I guess I could have hung around and made something happen but sometimes you have to know when to cut your losses and return another time.

Before hitting the loop I actually was out around Rhode Island and 4th Street N. E. I bumped into two BSW walking around near that intersection and headed over to the gas station. I didn't bother though as one of them was a bit hefty (Fat) and out of my range and the other had a great body but her fast was absolutely hideous. (perhaps after a few drinks I could have tried her out)
