We will probably never know who that person was but like some of the others have suggested it could have been someone that she has to keep happy to keep the doors open. When you went back if she had of just acted like it never happened then I would have been upset and done the "playing dumb" thing and not tipped, but sounds like she felt really bad. The way I understood your story is that with 100 $ Kasumi asked you, she probably gave you FS. You knew darn well it is not for free, and you chose not to pay her. You know the only money she makes is tip. The boss keeps $60 door fee + $20 on every customers Kasumi has. If the customer leaves her no tip, she will lose $20 to the boss. After 1 hours treating you well to make up for you, see'Mon. You should leave her some money.
