I've been trying in the hopes of finding something reasonable that is local. My concern is that none of my conversations seem to last past one evening. Actually I greatly appreciate your post and you shouldn't feel bad. In a previous incarnation of profile, I too had befriended a provided and wanted to help her out by pointing her out on a similar forum. She too did what I presume to be the exact same thing. Rather than being appreciative of the increase of clients, she took the increase in contacts of a sign of an increase in demand and jacked her rates up. To me it is pretty simple math. This one can ask 500 and get one client every other day, or she can ask 250 and get four clients a day, or 2000 total over two days.

If a provider thinks they want 500 for half, they need to understand that services offered must be stellar with a complete menu and build up substantial positive reviews over time. Her two reviews on other site suggest limited menu, and 6 out of 10 on performance, and minor baby damage.

At the end of the day us mongers cannot be held responsible for the insanity demonstrated by many of the providers in this hobby. Maybe I didn't find a new go-to, but I sincerely thank you for bringing her to my attention all the same.
