Milwaukee Statutes 106.34-5 and 106.35 are what you're looking for here. Especially 106.35. It refers to loitering in a known area of prostitution. (National Av, Greenfield Av and Lincoln Av have all been designated as known areas of prostitution.) It's fairly scary stuff that indicates simply gesturing to a known prostitute can get you a ticket for loitering with intent. HOWEVER the same statute states they can NOT ticket you without giving you a chance to explain why you are in the area and cannot be found guilty if it appears the reason stated is truthful. Hence my reason for always having a cover story as to what I'm doing and where I'm going.

Now. If they can ticket you for just gesturing to a known prostitute, I'm pretty confident if you get pulled over with one in your car, you're probably getting a ticket for loitering with intent.

BTW guys. If you STILL need a reason to not talk through windows, simply asking if someone is LEO or asking them to prove they aren't LEO by exposing an intimate part of their body is enough to get an loitering with intentticket.

Are you automatically getting a ticket if you get stopped with a known Prostitute ? Maybe not, but you better have a good cover story, and she better stick to it too.

The other thing to keep in mind is almost all of these girls are addicts and carrying their drug of choice, paraphanalia or both on them. Cop pulls you over, she sure as hell doesn't want to go to jail, she dumps everything on the floor of your car. You say it's not yours, she says it not hers. Your car, your stuff. Now hopefully the cops check her for track marks, the stuff is on her side of the car, she takes the ride. But if the cop wants to play hardball, you're getting busted. I digress from the original question, as usual.

THAT'S why a lot of the girls have taken to the side streets. Tougher to make a loitering charge stick if you're not on a designated street like National, Greenfield or Lincoln.

So there's LOTS of reasons to be very careful. Check your headlights, brake lights, tail lights, turn signals, don't blast the music, don't speed, use your turn signals, make the scoop and the drop as fast as you can, and get out of the Loops as fast as you can using non designated streets.

Far better to avoid situations that might be problematic. "Discretion is the better part of valor".

My thoughts on this are you are considerably better off not having that weapon with you when meeting with somebody you don't know and are removing your clothes. Your weapon is just as good to you left in the car than on a dresser 15 feet away. If she spies your weapon she might get the idea to grab it while sucking your dick or if you let your guard down and walk into the bathroom to clean up before getting dressed. Make good choices and the only weapon you should have to worry about going off during your visit will be between your legs.

What could possibly go wrong?

I was reading the craigslist forum and a comment was made about going into a dark room and banging someone without them letting you see their face and how they would never do that. Granted, I would never do that with a pro, but in one of my kinkier encounters, I did do that with a woman who was a friend of a former co-worker.

My take on the class wasnt for anything more than to show me my rights as a citizen and to a bigger point make sure that should I have to exercise those rights, I protect myself from incrimanating myself.

If I were drinking and discharged my weapon with my judgment impared it would be hard to prove reasonable cause. I know as a bartender you can carry as long as you don't consume alcohol. Now to my point. Your going into an activity that is illegal carrying a weapon. I think your instructor would say don't carry.

I've been a shooter my whole adult life. Had the opportunity to train with one the best in the world. Taught me everything, working from different holsters, double taps, combat shooting styles both offensive and defensive.

He used to say that a pistol and 1 extra mag would almost always do the trick.

But by then the fight is 3/4 over and you've got a lot of catching up to do Very Quickly" he gave me some very good rules to live by and because of that I've made it out of some sticky stuff over 9 years in harms way.

This hobby has it risk's. But not the kind you need a side arm to overcome. Use the big head first, its your best weapon. Use the info this forum and others provide. Because why on earth would you go see a provider for a lousy piece of ass in an area where you are thinking "should I have brought a Rifle?" There are too many clean safe providers out there to take a chance. BTW, the shoot may be clean and legal but the wrongful death suit filed by the dead scumbags family will destroy your life as will the years in court and paying lawyers. Seriously, read up on it before you decide you "Have to go" where you need to carry.

This is a general rant about providers who waste time when you make initial contact. I would like to hear what others do to overcome this. We all know CL, BP and so forth are filled with fakes, phonies, and general BS, but there are also real ads from actual women. Far too often when trying to set something up via email by responding to their post or by text. They just go back and forth wasting time and not moving things along. Per the wise advice of a senior on this board, I avoid discussing details and try to meet. What happens is they send on word answers that do not actually move things along, take forever in replying back, drag things out all day, or refuse to answer basic simple questions like when they are available. There is a reviewed woman from the valley area that does this. She strings you along by text, not saying anything. When I suggest getting things settled with one brief phone call, it is radio silence. Today I messages with a non-pro who discussed doing things on side. Instead of moving things along, 12 hours later I get one word answers after-the-fact when it was too late.

Bottom line. Are there strategies, methods you guys use to get them to actually set something up? Private PM is acceptable, if you are willing to share but do not want to give away anything LEO should not know. Thanks.

We all deal with this nonsense and patience is the key. Just keep trying, use the available window thing, and if you see someone you like, treat them decently, leave them a nice tip so they remember you, and explain you'd like to be a regular, but your time windows are limited. Hopefully that buys you a LITTLE consideration.
