I believe there's a misunderstanding
I think she's referring to the provider blacklists, not actually posting personal information for God and everybody to see. She's discrete.
I'm sure she is. But, I focused on when she threatens to publicly shame people that just shows that she is willing to violate the one golden rule of discretion in this "business". Keep in mind I trust no-one but to say you would willingly expose people, I have a huge issue with that. For her to even consider doing that puts her on my permanent shit list. Plus, this is the Wood Shed where anything goes and she appears to have thin skin. Lea, kudos to you for not threatening to expose potential clients!
If it wasn't true she wouldn't have taken such great offense to my comments. I received the exact reaction I thought I would get, hehe.
I am not sure Rae was talking about
It's nice to see that a client thinks he knows my business.
Newsflash: you don't.
I can and do collect on 90% of my cancelled appointments and those who do not adhere to my policy are given plenty of warning that they will be publicly blacklisted.
When prospective clients contact me they are repeatedly asked and must agree to my cancellation policy before booking. It's that simple.
On another note, please refrain from comparing one provider's policies and practices to another's. This is an intimate business and every service provider is entitled to run her business how she sees fit and that is nobody's business but hers alone.
You don't like it? See someone else. It really is that damn simple.
Sharing your name, personal address, where you live, etc. I could be wrong. But whatever way providers can let other providers know not to deal with time wasters, she will reveal but I'm not sure if that means our personal info. Again, I could be wrong.
