I think you should go with a Korean speaking friend or two to have the best experience. It is pricey and the only mileage you get is what your personality can lure. There is a Karaoke place that I went to near Knotts Berry farm in an L-shaped strip mall. Private rooms for eating fruit/ cheese plates and drinking with a main room to sing n dance. Girls were Korean. Once again it's all about the personality and even then, with the wrong girl, you might not get anything. The drunk Koreans were kinda man-handling the girls on the dance floor, so there is probably a good bet you too can get handy in the private room.
