I am sure I'll be the bad guy on this but I don't know if you've ever done this type of thing (free room) before or not, so I don't know your comfort level of giving your place out to someone you don't really know AND it doesn't sound as if you'd have a written agreement and / or deposits in place. You may have these contingencies covered and feel totally comfortable with this whole thing, but generally most people wouldn't even let these girls have a cheap hotel room for 1 night in the monger's name. You are talking about giving a (sounds like) luxury condo to a provider free of charge to probably conduct illegal business for 3 days. What about drug use? Even the smell of MJ would raise suspicion from many neighbours.
How would you know who all comes and go's from the place and at what hours? You wouldn't have pre-screening ability most likely. Personally it sounds extremely risky! Would all this coming and going raise suspicion from neighbours? What if they called LEO or the Building Owner? How can you protect your condo's assets? A UTR was recently accosted by a rogue member who got the UTR number from someone. Not sure if it was given out from the key holder or someone else, but it was unfortunate and could raise unwanted suspicion to your location.
It's your dime, it's your ass, I am just giving my 2 cents worth. I'm not wanting to be a villain on this, I just always try to find all angles in a situation and share all sides.
