This site is great. It's very insightful and I believe it helps us all avoid uncle LEO. My MAIN worry is catching something. I've been wondering how this site would handle the report of "I caught this from this provider"? There's no way to prove it. It's just an accusation.
It's a duel edged sword. It could be necessary info to pass on but if false could really ruin a providers reputation.

However, I think it's probably worthwhile to report on a girl who is blatantly spreading an STD in the interests of public health. I got a nasty burner from a gal in Detroit a couple years ago and I was miserable for 3 weeks while being treated with antibiotics. Pissing razor blades can only begin to describe the pain I was in. If anything, I felt like I could help other mongers avoid the miserable experience I was going through.
It's a really tricky subject and there are no perfect answers. Lots of shades of gray when it comes to this issue!

After careful consideration and after deleting countless "oh my god I made a mistake I didn't get it from her" and even more obvious revenge postings Jax decided that the only STD report members can post are those that can be backed up with an internet available public record.
In almost every state now when chicks get busted and convicted for prostitution part of the sentence involves screening. They draw blood, and screen for STD's, if they have one of the majors (HIV, HEP whatever) they are advised, given services and told that if they are busted for prostitution again it will be for a greater charge (what it's called depends on the state) which will be a felony.
If there is a chick who is CONVICTED of that greater felony you can post that info along with a link to the CONVICTION (public record) you cannot post if they are charged because many d-bag prosecutors CHARGE lots of chicks with that but then when they review the charges they find that the were not tested and the charge is amended.
If a chick is CONVICTED it's more than reasonably sure she has whatever it says.
We did this because 99.999999% of the times guys said "I know Rosemary Rottencrotch gave me this, it could only be her" just to turn out she didn't or he was getting even because he didn't like her.

If you're a vet you REALLY need to look into the VA for your health needs. Once you're in, you don't have to mess with any additional paperwork. I know some areas get a bad rap, but seriously I get better care from the VA than from civilian counterparts, which is why I go to them instead. It surprises me how few vets know about it. However, I got a lot of problems with using tax money to pay for "boner pills" so that a 70 yr. Old vet can visit working girls to get his Jollies. I would think most Americans would agree with me on that.

HOWEVER, I don't expect the American taxpayer to fund my "extra-curricular activities" whether it's mongering or playing golf or shooting craps at the casino. Leaving out the fact that our vets have to jump through a crazy amount of hoops in most places to even get basic care out of the VA, I'm happy to see them getting something useful. At one point, these gentlemen signed a contract "up to and including their lives" to protect our freedoms and lifestiles. I know many vets from Vietnam and the Persian Gulf War that were exposed to things that make Viagra necessary. And even if the issues aren't service related, I think a good boner is the least we owe these folks. Rock on and keep banging 'them on us! Thanks for your service!
