What is / was the rate for extras at EB? I'm going to take a ride out there this week or next to see how it is. I'll report back. TIA.
Having not gotten responses from three providers at last count, I decided to pop into EB, where I write this. There are 12 dudes here and 1 girl. Of course she is Iris, because she is never not here, apparently under some bewitchment that prevents her from ever leaving.
One guy after another has taken her into the ld room, and good for her. She looks like beetlejuice from Stern but is cool and at least a familiar face.
I don't recall a worse showing at any club, speaking as a not-proud veteran of the Kitchen Cafe, Juicy's, etc. This could be my last visit?
I know this club was never a hot topic here anyway, but I drove by Lucky's the other day and it was locked up and the parking lot was empty at around 6:00 on a weekday. It appears that whatever revival it had was short lived.

Actually, haven't seen her in several years but never had a problem with her.
The club seemed to have gone the tubes when they enacted the $20 fee to enter the LD area everytime you vistited it. I know my visits became less to none!
Now that they are under the radar, probably won't return. It used to be such a fun club back in the day!

They changed their hours and don't open till 8:00 Sun through Wed. 5:00 other days.
Current intel is that the Feds and the State are pressing the place, and are forcing the production of information through the channels at their disposal. Also, many of you may have noticed that EB's Insta page is now pretty bland. Who knows how this will all shake out, but if there is another raid or a shut down—-you don't want to get swept up in the mess. Who knows if there are cameras or mics or plants or stool pigeons. Assessment: significant risk.

I haven't been since the bust, but that was mainly due to just having a lousy couple of experiences there the last few times I went.
Stopped by on a recent Saturday afternoon around 230. Haven't been in years and didn't know about the drama described below. Four or five guys at the bar, and two not horrible but not great looking Latina / Brazilians dancers in their 40's. Nobody in stage. Bartender was far better looking than either of the dancers (hot white chick with nice boobs, great ass, and thick / fit in a great way. Looking at her ass in very short booty shorts when she bent over to get something was unfortunately the best part of this experience. Drained my beer and left just as one of the two dancers started to head for me. Didn't want to waste time chit chatting as I had no interest. As I walked out, a third dancer who was absolutely busted (sorry but being honest, perhaps the beetle juice look alike mentioned below) came out of the lap dance area. Nothing like a few years ago.

Granted I don't have any law enforcement experience, but personally, if I was interested in going after club patrons for illegal activities I wouldn't precede that with a very public and high profile bust of the place. I'm not saying it's a great idea to go there right now shopping for extras but I doubt that patrons are who law enforcement are interested in.

I know dancers there. It's business as usual*.
*There are more new dancers there than before, and they tend to be more your standard dancer and not the EB type. But all the ones from prior to the bust are doing the same things, and some of the new ones.

I do not have direct evidence of cameras or stool pigeons—-only a reliable source that advises of detail that I consider a risk. It's a great spot and I have been a patron there for over 15 years, but the fact of the matter is that the place is now on a lot of radar screens. We must keep in mind that the Tolland Town Manager is the former Ex-O at the HPD and then went to the State Police, and then was hired by the Tolland Town Council without any experience in municipal governance. Hmmm.
Town fathers want the place shut down, obviously.
