I was in discussions to buy a strip club and adult shop in a small town in central Indiana a few years ago. It was nothing fancy but it's a good building and good location. The quality and quantity of the girls was questionable. His asking price was $1.4 million, but I could have closed the deal at $800K. He recently sold his Florida club for $2.7 million.

This is the club I most often hit up. I'll also volunteer for this distinguished group mission.

I priced an urban club about four years ago and was looking at a $400,000 investment that also included the building. That seemed rather high until I reviewed numbers with the accountant and found that it could be paid off in four years.

$800K was all-inclusive, both businesses and the building, plus parking and signage, and liquor license pending approval by the county. The club is on a major highway over 1 hour from downtown Indianapolis.

Looks like a trip to Indy is in the plans for this Thursday. Any group theapy get togethers? AA meetings at a SC? Count me in. I need to here a plan.
Hope my room is booked for three nights.

Well was bored yesterday, so went down to BBF around 4. As usual place was pretty busy. Played with Secret a little bit, beautiful blond with big tits. She is on the website.
