To me, Orlando J makes the best point, cops do not always follow the law. If you are arrested for solicitation, it is of little solace if you win the court case. The embrassement and harmful impact to your personal life would be devastating.

I think it is best when dealing with a cop to be a respectful, while at the same time offering as little info as possible. Some cops get off on giving you a hard time and it makes their day to provoke you into a confrontation. While being respectful to the cop is good advice, the best course of action is to do your homework and avoid situatons where you may have to deal with a cop at all.

An entrapment defense is extremely hard to mount, we have had this discussion before on this board so I won't go into the details.

I think this discussion is much ado about nothing. Everyone who has had their hotel room raided raise their hand, basically it does not happen.

Remember that we are talking misdemeanor here so the prosecutor will only push it so far and very few people will spend 10-20 K to defend a misdemeanor case with arcane legal theories. When your all done you still will have been arrested and that record stays with you and even if you are not convicted in most peoples eyes "where there is smoke there is fire" so they still believe the worst.

Lastly if your with a SW or Escort in your car or a motel room, YOU ARE GUILTY if not of the act surely of the intent. So all the technicalities can be explored by your lawyer if you will only keep your mouth shut and not make his job impossible.---VS

After another frustrating day of trying to hook up, all I have to show for it are left voice messages, "call me in a couple of hours, kay?" and "the voice mail is full for this number." Imagine that, ninety guys you've never even seen before that could be LEO, have STD's, be weirdos, bully you, or God forbid, be that one nightmare psychotic that could do you in. OR you could obtain your 100 by having 30 regular clients that you see three times during the month and only 10 new ones. I ask you, which scenario is better? Remember gals, your safety is the most important thing for you in this business! Nothing else matters.

You get those return clients by actually answering the phone. You must clean out your voice mail boxes to be able to take messages. Here's a little tip for you: when a client leaves his phone number, he actually wants you to return the call. Just because you're booked for the day doesn't mean you don't call the guy back! Simply call him and tell him the truth. Surprise! He might book with you the next day! If you're not accepting clients that day, just say so on your voice mail, it's common courtesy and clients will respect you for it.

Your goal should be to eventually never have to post again for business or at least infrequently (think Hanna Banana.) Everyone you see should be a regular or a referral. There are quite a few gals that have achieved this. Try getting Brooke or Kara/Summer on the phone for a new appointment, go ahead, I challenge you!

Most of us when we find a gal we like, we'll see her again and again unless we can't get ahold of her! We must be confident that you'll pick up and call us back, then we don't even bother calling someone else. We'll wait for you as long as we know you're reliable and dedicated to making us happy. Remember, we want to be safe also!

I do support LEO's efforts to fight real crime. Unfortunately the world's oldest profession is not real crime IMO and just diverts time and resources from serious crime. Why can't LEO lock up a few of the drug boys who are always around?

Setup up a date three or so days in advance and send reminders. I manage to fit my hobby into a 80 hour work week. 7-days in a week not 5 ;).

We too have kids, significant others, families[who usually don't have a clue], neighbors, homeowners associations, etc not to mention aunt flo who shows up usually unannounced. It's always a best bet to have a back up, most providers I know can refer you to a friend or 2 just ask would be my suggestion. Ut please don't take it personal in the least. We are called providers for a reason most [I would assume] like to provide wink! However guys I do have a request PLEASE read an ad before responding throughly. Each girls sets her own rates and hours, asking alot of questions usually will get you a blow off as it's not a good time currently to be in this business if you understand my meaning. The last 2 busts over 50 providers were arrested [kissimee area ]leo is getting smarter and RENTED an apartment to do the bust! Also please do not call a girl after hours every night someone will call me between 2 and 5 am [usually drunk] and if I am short they get an attitude.
