Doesn't the admin of that site live in Mass? He could, in theory, be charged with facilitating prostitution under the new laws. From what I hear, they're really going after the online sites. I guess they want to force all the girls back to the streets like the old days where everyone can see them and complain about it.

How about this:

Ask the person that sent you the picture, go see the girl, type an actual report and post it here. Its not all that hard.
