Happened to notice this today. Just wish we had the same level of customer service here:

I'd like a little extra sugar myself! This should be the new culture of all businesses.
I saw this one too. You know why she got busted? Because she couldn't imagine that a detective would create a full blown sting operation, waste six weeks of his time and involve at least two other officers for a misdemeanor bust of ONE person who was probably RORd later the same night. Stupid cops. If I lived in that town, I'd be writing the mayor and the cheif of police a letter about proper use of funds and police time. How much did THIS cost?
The lesson for all of us in this is to never think "Oh, they're not watching me. They have better things to do." Apparently, they don't.

If you need a cop in Clearwater. Don't call 911. Go to Dunkin Donuts on Missouri Ave. Or Circle K Shell on GTB at Highland. Or Campogna's on GTB.
Chief Tony Hollowhead wants horse patrols. Nasty sex in parks has gotten his goat. Due to the parks' rugged terrain. Only horses can properly patrol. Even the Gateway tricyclists can't do the job. I, for one, feel much safer. For years I've avoided all parks. Afraid I'd see some unnatural act I might like! And let's not worry about all the unsolved violent crimes. Just forget they occurred. The 13 unsolved homicides are a figment of our imagination. Rapes, robberies and violent assaults. We don't need to solve them. Here's the story right from the horses mouth:

Remind me not to go to that park. If you read between the lines, it sounds like dudes are blowing each other back there, which is not anything I want to watch personally. How many chicks do you think are going to that park alone for "casual encounters". None, I suspect.

Are you sure it is not FTA not FTV because FTA= failure to appear (missed court date). The numbers I don't have a clue

796. 08 Screening for HIV and sexually transmissible diseases; providing penalties.
Sounds like people charged under this staute have tested HIV positive.
