Date of offense was 2/1/2016. Arrested on 5/5/2016 for maintaining a public nuisance, a misdemeanor. Next court date is 10/19. Looks like MEGSI did the investigation which is weird because they usually do drug busts. This is a bench trial not a trial by jury.
