I dabble in the hobby but don't do FS with the girls. Today's workplace environment is basically "zero tolerance" for any kind of sexual harassment of any form. I would say even telling a dirty joke in front of a female worker is automatic judgment for plaintiff in a lawsuit, without even putting your hands on her or making a pass or anything like that.

I can only say I have personally done it. Not sued. No harassment charges (although I suppose she can tweet about me anytime). This was back in 2004, so things have changed I suppose. It was fun. I don't think that the point was the EEO starting an investigation and making a big issue. I think the main point would be the drama from all the bad publicity to get attention (which some woman do to get their way) and the legal expense of defending yourself in a civil suit even if you are "right". Most legal fees / expenses are never returned / paid by the loser in the end. I had a personal issue outside this hobby and ended up with $65,000 in fees and won, with a judgment for incurred expenses / attorney's fees. Its been 15 years and they still have not been repaid.
