Spring Valley crime problem: can you say "coincidence"?
Spring Valley crime problem: can you say "coincidence"?
On my first visit to Campo Rd a week ago I noticed a homeless guy and his shopping cart sitting in front of a closed business east of "You" Massage. When I returned for a second visit a cart filled with possessions was unattended at the east end of the strip mall.
After my visit I went across the street to one of the dollar chain stores. As I was waiting in the long line one guy said that he needed to go outside to check on his bicycle to make sure it had not been stolen, adding that it had happened before. While Spring Valley has a low crime rate compared to other areas of the county, it has the second highest rate increase in crime during the period of 2014-2018.
