I've never heard about the dirty feet sentiment. It is true Japanese women are not adverse to housework and (temporary) dirty feet are not looked down upon because it's associated with hard work. Hard work is one of the highest basic values there. Obviously when it comes to sex, Japanese women are meticulous about bathing and cleaning. That's different.

When it comes to the top 10% of women in each country, what I find is Korean women are more physically beautiful, Japanese women are more beautiful inside. The latter is what makes them more attractive when it comes to repeat or long-term interaction. Both countries are full of top tier women. I basically ignore every other country my whole life, for that reason.

I've gone to Korea several times, but there is a strong wall between the inside group and the outside group. That wall is significantly softer in Japan. Japanese women are way more open on several things. It is much easier to date a top tier woman in Japan, but in Korea it is closed off to us. We need permission.

I've said before there are three basic types of looks: cute, beautiful, and sexy. In Japan, cute is overwhelmingly the goal. Slightly offset teeth are considered a plus, though if it goes too far then no. In Korea, beautiful is overwhelmingly the goal. Although women in both countries can tease sexy, it is considered crude and undesirable to go for the full "dumb bimbo" tits and ass style. Those women are by far the least popular in both countries, even though of course a minority of guys are fans. Money talks though, and you can see in media and sex shops what each country's preferences are.

The USA prefers sexy, and guys go crazy for dumb bimbos real or imagined. They want tits and ass. Latin countries too. Therefore within these countries there is a counter-culture. We exist, but we are the minority in taste.

Due to cultural expectations, Japanese women are more submissive and Korean women more assertive in dating (marriage is different). This is very apparent in public interactions between couples, physical and verbal. Emphasis on public. I was once asked out by a kgirl who spoke practically no English. The moment I took her on a date, she became assertive and was very direct about what she wanted me to do and how to behave for her, even how to address her. This is built into Korean grammar a lot more than Japanese grammar, but it's also reflected in expectations. Very sweet and loving, just also very strong-willed. It was exactly the way I saw Korean friends interact with their Korean girlfriends btw. This behavior would be unthinkable for a Japanese girl, everyone would talk. At best jgirls would ask polite and cute what they wanted, or have a private conversation where both friends and strangers couldn't witness it.

Now what happens in private, all bets are off. Japanese women can be a bit more assertive in private - in public they know they will be instantly called out for dominant behavior, their boyfriend mocked and gossiped about as unmanly behind their backs. You see what I'm saying. All people have the same heart and soul, but culture tells us how to behave in public.

As you say Japan and Korea are very safe, though especially for a man. As you may know, salary men can fall asleep drunk on the street and wake up fine the next day. Women are safe except on the issue of sexual harassment and stalking, both countries.

As I've said, purely physically I like Korean women slightly more. On the inside, I like Japanese women more. But this is just the trend. Later I will attach two women who are equally beautiful to me.

Even the women who are supposed to be sexy or beautiful in Japan have to act or look a little cute. You see it in the makeup, the hairstyle, the way of talking. It is kind of jarring.

Also, we each have known women from our past. My favorite kgirls and jgirls all resemble someone I cared about in my past. Jira in particular resembles one girl I know from long ago. Two examples of beautiful women, one from each country. I find them equally beautiful. When I think of them and their many good qualities, the last thing I think about is what country they are from.
