Time to repeal those asinine laws
I got caught up once. The State was some reason hard up trying to give me 60 days. My lawyer talked them down to one year unsupervised probation State countered provided I let the charging papers be read off in court I guess that was their way of saying oh we can't get you for 60? Well we just have the papers read to embarrass your azz. My lawyer came to me told me what was going on I said f88 k it let them do it beats sitting a cell and plus the probation ended after only six months I never knew why.
Our least favorite uncle stopped me a couple of times during my early days in the hobby. Thankfully, nothing came of those incidents since they didn't catch me red-handed.
There's no damn reason cops should arrest consenting adults simply because an exchange of money takes place. It's a different story, of course, if someone is indeed being trafficked against her will. Then the cops should focus on the pimps and traffickers rather than mongers or providers.
