That's exactly what the local pricing was a mere 2 or 3 years ago. The elasticity of demand should have kept the price there, but it seems too many guys here have agreed to much higher pricing, resulting in a much higher prevailing rate. I've certainly not helped by giving up $60 and then $140 and sometimes another $20.

Will try to go back to the 180 path and see/report back.

I choose to pay whatever I feel is appropriate. When I really click with a provider including at an AMP I tip well. I am not for inflation of donations to the ladies but I cannot pay the same price I did in 2005 for a round the world trip at an AMP.
