Long time lurker. Tonight with everybody's help I decided I wouldn't get anywhere from watching and jumped in finally.
Took a trip up Parsons for some 4 am food and scooped Nikki. 120, Dirty blond, WSW about 5'6 Not that great on face but body was decent. Safety for outcall is a hard matter to determine. In my opinion, there are three issues: stealing, scouting you out (for a later burglary), misbehaving.
1. I have never had anyone steal anything. Nonetheless, I don't leave anything of value lying around. Too much temptation.
2. I am always worried that someone will scope me out and then come back later. Still it's pretty hard for someone to come into my upscale neighborhood and then clean out my house; that would require extensive planning, getting around the locks, etc. Nonetheless, I don't ever give out my name or actual address so it's would be hard for them to plan something. Of course they can always hit the location button on their phone but at some point, you decline into paranioa.
3. General misbehavior. In general the girls are exceptionally respectful at my place. After all they want repeat business and a good safe experience too. Still I've had a few bad experiences. One who threatened to call the cops. I paid her off to get her to leave. Another just wouldn't leave but I finally managed to get her out of the house. Those were the only two exceptions and they were manageable. A lot better than my worst incall experiences, that's for sure.
Anyway I've had many many girls at my place. Some have reputations for cash and dash etc. I've had no problems with any of those girls. Maybe it's just luck. Maybe they just don't want to betray my trust. I think street walkers would be a lot less trustworthy than BP girls, although no doubt some guys will disagree and tell me that they would never let any of these girls in their house. I've also had basically good luck lending money (see my post about two months ago on the BP forum). In the end, there has to be a modicum of trust on both sides, whether you're doing incall, outcall or car fun.

If you're picking a girl up by appointment. It's all pretty safe. Giving out your address is probably not advisable. For outcall, I usually have her meet me at the fast-food restaurant around the corner. We travel the five minute route back to my house even though I live 30 seconds away. After a few dates I may let her drive to my house, but only if she drives herself. I make it absolutely clear that a driver to my house ends all future business. If she has to use a driver, we again meet at the restaurant.
Besides using the scenic route, I find an excuse to mention how the cops in my suburb went out of there way to bust a couple that was house breaking in my neighborhood to support their heroin habit. I also happen to have a disabled family member living at my home that needs 24 hr supervision. It's either me or a caregiver. I make it crystal clear that my house is never unattended. I see no reason that you can't make up a similar story.
I've only had one thing stolen. A Sam's Club pack of Gillette Fusion razors from under my bathroom sink ($45). Funny, I didn't discover it until a couple of days later when I went to grab a new blade for my travel bag. She and I shared some choice words via text. Apparently she was able to get $10 of heroin for the blades. She thought I wouldn't notice. She, of course, lost all future business.
Like FA, my only real challenge has been getting girls to leave without being a dick about it. Some I have let stay the night, but that is an exception. Many of these girls don't live well so a nice bed in a quiet house can be appealing. Also, as a flip-of-the-script, many just don't realize the value of our time. A couple of hours are fun. Some of the better nights have been me picking up and dropping off afterwards. A few years ago I did get burned on a cash and dash duo but that was one of many many nights at my place. Making sure you have your important stuff secured is wise.
There was an awkward moment once with a fourth or fifth time visitor. We were going backdoor and she went to the nightstand drawer for the lube, opened the wrong one spotted the nightstand handgun.
