Traveling to WA for work, sometime this spring, and thought I would visit Vancouver over a weekend. I have a couple questions about Vancouver.
First, I've heard that in "Vancouver", they pretty much ignore the law on soliciting, and it's basically decriminalized / legal. My question is, have you found this to be the case? And when people say "Vancouver", does that apply to areas around Vancouver as well, like Burnaby, Surrey, and Richmond? Or should I stick to Vancouver city limits?
