One thing I disagree with you about is that part where you said guys are not trying to be mean. There are a few on here who don't have very good manners. If you try to post helpful info, they seem to feel that you are trying to show yourself smarter than them. Instead of looking at the info itself, there seems to be this jealously kind of thing with them. Look, we don't know each other (well, most of us probably don't) and we are suppose to just provide info for the purpose of helping people not to get jacked up. But no one (regular or senior member) have a right to come on here disrespecting people. We should act like men, not like little girls. When I look at some of the forums that women post on, I don't see where they treat each other as badly as some of us on here do!
Someone said I act like I want to lecture people but like I said, stop looking at it the wrong way and glean from the post what works good for you and move on. If I see a lady and things didn't work out for me as well as it worked out for you (as YMMV) , don't scold me because I didn't give your girl a great review. Its my experience and you can't take that away from me. We are not here to chime in with the masses. We are here to give our own individual experiences pure and simple. Again, be men, report objectively, be respectful of one another; respond in the spirit of tactfulness as we are not each others kids but grown men! I hope!
Golf, understand that if you get involved with this hobby you will have to do a lot of critical thinking such as:
This forum is a sort of boot camp. Its there to teach you ways to avoid getting screwed. The knowledgeable veterans on the forum are like drill instructors, you're not getting yelled at because they want to be mean, but because they don't want you to get caught slipping. This forum is also a advisory board that lets you know if you should proceed, or avoid like the plague.
