A lot of these girls have no idea what day it is let alone time. My schedule gets me out between 4 AM-12 AM depending on the day. I live just off the loop too, so I see what's happening on trips to the store, getting gas etc. A month ago, I was seeing Angela out in the mornings, now I see her out more at night. I'd also add see what's going on there other times of day. If it's 10 AM, 3 PM or 9 Pm and it's the same people hanging out in the street, maybe you're onto something. If it's a ghost town, maybe not.

I'd also have to imagine there'd be drugs in the immediate area. That area isn't the sticks, but doesn't totally seem accessible to the breed we're talking about. It's also around some nicer real estate. If it was parts of Campbell Ave or Elm st. Or that part of West Haven, I wouldn't doubt it, but that part of town is a little out of the way and sort of nice (even if we're talking about an industrial area).
