After hearing reports about Sidney I have been talking with her and trying to see her for about a week. Based upon favorable mention here I made a late evening / night appoitment with Sidney, found a room near where she said she was and drove the 90 plus minutes to the Phoenix area. Take a look at the place you are posting your ad, does yours stick out AT ALL? There is a screen full of ads, does yours blend in and get lost? Fix this for starters. No, I'm not going to tell you what works. I did my research, you do yours. Heck, you might want something different than I do anyway. Try a few different ones, they're free. Are you even posting in the right category? Think the whole process through.

As far as success rates, since Jay inspired me to get back into the game I've been posting 1-2 x a week and for every ad I've gotten at least 1 real, solid lead from each ad. In two cases, I've struck some solid gold.

They are out there, they are looking, you need to make yourself the ad they find.
