Decided to check out the lower and upper stroll for an hour or so starting at 1:30 am. The rain had finally let up and I figured it might be a good night for hunting the perfect dream. Unfortuanely, all I spotted were 3 LEOs cruising the lower stroll and 2 crusing the upper stroll. I saw 1 WSW going north on BW across from Walgreens on my first trip through. She had dark hair pulled up with a white headband and looked to be on the bigger side. She gave me the look but I continued on as I figured there would be more to be found at the lower end. Nothing on the lower end and construction work on Penn at the tracks apparently isn't done yet. By the time I made it back up BW, the WSW was nowhere to be seen.
