I stopped by Babes Thursday night and they appear to have hired some new girls and there was a little better selection than the last few times I've been in there. One of the girls verified that management was trying to get more girls when I asked her. She said some of the previous ones were fired, including one for stealing money. The one I got a dance from the last couple times I got a dance there, Dynasty, just disappeared. Some of the new girls are a little too pushy and aggressive and they still need more variety; fewer of the plus size ones and more petite types instead. I stopped into Pattys Showclub and Lennys this afternoon for a little bit. Didn't seek much action today, just wanted to watch stage dancing and enjoy some beers. Hadn't been in Lennys for some time and looked like they made a new private dance area.
While sitting, I noticed two dancers sitting with a guy smoking. This got me thinking about the smoking ban the govt is trying to pass. I was in Louisville last Sept. And stopped by a club down there. They have a smoking ban there in Louisville and it was interesting to see the dancers get bundled up to go outside to smoke.

Lennys is a few small streets from West street right off of Morris. The Bee Hive closed down several years ago and the building was torn down. May of the dancers at that time moved down the street to Lennys, which went by a different name at that time which I can't remember.
Hotts, not to be confused with Hotts II which also had a number of other names, perhaps Golden Palace before that. Loved the Beehive, having to park off site and nowhere on the street, but often lots of fun there.
Lenny's was the kind of place that checked if you were carrying a weapon when you went in. And if you weren't, they gave you one.
I do remember Lenny's as a "anything goes" type of place. The girls were willing, the guys expected it and management kept a blind eye.

Since BBF raised it's pricing and I didn't have time to head to Dancers, I decided to stop in the Silk-N-Lace for a visit last Thursday.
Haven't been there for a couple years and thought I'd give it a try. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
Although I do enjoy the lower class stripper now and again, the experience countered that.
I arrived around 6pm and there were about 4 or 5 guys, including myself, with approx. 4 dancers working the stage on a three song rotation.
I sat there drinking watered down drinks for about 45 mins before one of the girls decided to approach me following her set.

When we left, she thanked me by name for the tip, but it went unnoticed except by me. It didn't end in catastrophe that day, but iI'm afraid it is only a matter of time. I don't know what to do. It wouldn't bother my SO to change bars, she doesn't like it that well anyway, but I really do. I could go by myself when I think she is working and try to make sure everything is cool, but we all know what big mouths women have.
So, my question is, I'm sure some of you have faced the same problem. How did you handle it?

Odds are your SO picked up on nothing and as of right now, you are just fine. You'll probably remain so as long as you continue to think that way. If you start getting uptight and she senses you have something to hide or fear. You're screwed.
2) If you get caught. Flex the details. Yes you and her had an encounter. You met at the super market and it was before you were married. You left her once you found out she was a dancer. No big deal. Blah blah blah. What? Did she think you married her a virgin?
3) Avoid contact. This is a no brainer. I suggest you take up a new leaf for a while. Go on a diet. Say you're giving up beer for a a month until you get your health back on track. Ask your wife to join you (for solidarity of course, she looks amazing). After you fall off the wagon, go to new bars. Periodically check on your old haunt until your "friend" leaves. Then resume normal activity.
Loss of favorite bar < loss of 1/2 of everything you own.
One other thing to keep in mind. Waitresses use my name all the time. It's on my credit card! You might want to use your CC if you go there again. That way if she uses your name again, you can tell you SO that she must have read it off the credit card. Or, make a private trip there and tell the ex-stripper to not be so freaking stupid next time!

Club owners aren't going to do what hotels are doing by raising prices 500 percent, but expect higher cover charges and higher drink prices with no (drink) specials. It's funny because I've got a friend coming from North Jersey (loser Giants fan) for the game and he asked me if 10-large was enough cash to bring. He said he's going to Brad's every night next week. His motivation obviously is to take a stripper back to his hotel room each night.

I had a nice visit at the Silk last night. Decent crowd for a Sunday. The owner put up a Huge 100" tv for the big game. He claims he'll keep some sort of large screen after the game. That certainly makes it more enticing for me. There's still a couple of nice looking girls, but unfortunately a few of the hotter ones have left for greener ($) pastures. Freckle Freak, if you're reading this, there's a thin little redhead by the name of Tisha you might be interested in. Best of all, you can still get a $10 private dance! Not bad in today's market.

Then I thought it went to bbj offer, but after the great dances and when she got a hold of me, I ended the conversation a little early. Crazy place.
