I don't understand how the process works on raid like this? Do they send a cop into ask for service and he asks for a bit more and they arrest the girl? What kind of risk are we at? What goes on in that room is between the two of us. Correct. Can one of our senior friends enlighten us. I don't recall this being discussed over the last year or so!

Point 1 - cops generally can't go in looking to solicit. It was tried in several other states, with some PD's even going so far as to allow cops to receive said services, but most courts threw that kind of shit out, and their departments got a lot of bad publicity for essentially entrapping the employees.
Point 2 - personal risk is generally limited to zip. Unless you are unlucky enough to be caught in a room with a naked girl, you're probably fine. Generally speaking, the most they'd be able to do to you is name you in the indictment against the establishment and subpoena your ass to come to court to talk about your completely legal massage. Well, that is unless...
Point 3 - what goes on inside a room between you and your provider is between you and your provider, barring you opening your fucking mouth. In other raids, police strong-arm statements out of men leaving legally operated massage parlors, and coerce incriminating statements, many times about activities that never occurred. Upon exiting an establishment, if you are stopped by the Police and asked about the establishment, shut your fucking mouth. Don't talk about internet, don't talk about your "friends", or any of that bullshit. Just ask if they are detaining you or if you are free to go. Most self-respecting departments won't haul your as to the station to get zip, so shut your yap, and go the fuck home.

If they did, I'd be on the phone with my local representatives (city/county council, etc.) and ask them why they though it was a judicious use of limited police resources to spend a few hundred thousand on a case that will end up on the stet docket, if not altogether dismissed.
