Answer 2: From my limited knowledge on the subject. If the girl doesn't advertise multiples, or pops, then she is a 1 pop gal, regardless of the time you spend with her. Multiples are extra. Can't help you with the negotiating or pricing, since I don't have much experience (only been with 1 provider so far. Can't afford them. I feel you on the economic constraints! ). It's better to get the quickie or half, so you can see what the gal is like and if she does do mutlies in the hour. I think that once you get to know each other, they'll be more willing to negotiate.
Answer 3: The reason the text is there and usually it blends in with the background, is so that whey you do a search on say "indian", looking for an indian girl, the ad will result in a hit because it has "cowboy and indian". It's just a tactic used to get more views on the ad. I've seen it used on both ROBs and legit girls. I think it depends on who does the ad posting. If they use as service, then it will probably have the text.
Just do your homework to see if they are legit. Google the number and then check the other sites out there for reviews/comments on the girl.

Citivibe is usally pretty legit. Most of the girls there do charge more than your girls on CL but some also post on CL. Do some research, google her phone number, search TER and look for any info on that provider. It's usually a good idea not to see a provider if you can't find one piece of info about her online. Heres something to chew on. Once I was with this provider, I called her when I got off the fwy near lax to see if it was still on. She said that she was in the lot waiting for me.
