In my personal experience, the bottom line is that sometimes it can significantly improve a date (making a provider more energetic, lively, passionate and / or uninhibited), but of course sometimes it can ruin a date and even make a provider dangerous (although fortunately I haven't had my wiener or any other body parts bitten off, LOL). So personally, I wouldn't automatically reject a provider who's an ice user, but I would be [B]very careful[/B] in evaluating such a provider. Naturally, some mongers have higher or lower levels of risk aversion than others, and each monger shouldn't do anything with which he's uncomfortable.
