They hold out their hand and keep telling you more. They are trying to see how much you will really give. I fell into that once and ended up giving too much. Remember once it is in their hand, it is harder to negotiate. Now I go in with set price in mind. Before I hand over tip I set a price. The only hard part is sometimes mamason demands house fee upfront so you are somewhat already invested. The guys who pay too much just drive the price up. It may be better for the girls in the short run but eventually it will hurt them when customers move on because they got too expensive. I believe you should know the going rate before you go in and stick close to it.
