1) Generally, do you pay the house fee to the mammasan (approx. 4 for HHR and. 6 for HR) and then work out extras and correlating tips with your MT?

2) I'm not looking to spend more that $.2, $.6 at the most, especially for no FS (unless something is truly exceptional or there's multiple girls) ; am I completely low-balling this?

3) For a BBBJ I understand you need to specifically work out whether or not it is a BBBJTC (if one is so lucky). However, for a CBJ, is it standard practice for a CBJ to really be a CBJTC. Inside the tent?

For what it's worth, I'm a bit of a snoop, so I downloaded an app on my phone that lets me listen to certain radio frequencies (I. E. Lucas County Sheriff) and a few others. I think Toledo LE maybe available as well. If there's ever a time you're unsure about a possible LEO hanging around or a quickly impending bust, an app like this may prove handy. It's kind of a shot in the dark, I know, but you never know. It may save you from getting your face in The Blade.

FWIW, LE has generally switched to closed frequencies for impending busts and such. They generally use a Nextel type of device so those listening to a scanner aren't aware of what is happening.

The zoning violations were a good way for LE to close them down without too much hassle. The phone has finally been disconnected. Very unlikely they would be granted the proper permits to open again. Real estate records show that the house is owned by Newport Enterprises. Costly mistake as it sits empty. No occupancy permit has been issued for residence only. There are legal proceedings filed to try and get permits issued but that is an uphill battle.
