So, junkies are going to get the dope and there is no real help coming to assist them in finding their way out and your solution is "remove the non violent victim-less way some of these ladies have to get the thing they have to have. " Remember, a junkie is going to get the dope which means they need to get the money to pay the dope man, that is a given, nothing will stop that not even incarceration. Junkies are going to get the dope. Just like everybody else who doesn't understand the first fucking thing about addiction who wants to make public policy your solution is not going to do anything but get people killed and put more people in prison.

No, I'm not saying it's a good thing that chicks have to suck your dick to make the money to get the dope. That's a terrible thing and very, VERY rare in countries where prostitution is legal. What I'm saying is, since a junkie is going to get the money, commercial sex is better than walking into a liquor store and sticking a pistol in some poor minimum wage clerks face and getting themselves killed as they leave by the cop who answered the silent alarm.

Drugs may kill the junkie, traditionally it was lifestyle related and not from the dope but that is changing. Prostitution doesn't create junkies, it goes the other way. I think the shame involved in both behaviors is what gives them bad names. There is nothing shameful about being an addict anymore than there is anything shameful about being a monger. I would wager you think that because the society you live in constantly asserts both ideas.
