I've seen Susan many times over the past six years and have found her to be a reliable provider. If she has a fault, it is not always answering her texts or messages in a timely manner.

I guess it is because I know what to expect from her. I'm usually not pressed for time and she has never rushed me, once she gets there. Plus she has really large tata's, that always smooths things over.
