I can go days without seeing any action, the all of a sudden they're all over the place, but usually late afternoon, hardly ever at night. The wee hours of the morning can be bountiful too. The problem is the nature of the profession. Street walking is the one 'crime' where the perpetrators pretty much have to reveal their intentions to the general public. This makes them easy targets, so the likes of Deputy Snotdrizz and Big Chief Hollowballs can claim to be 'cleaning up the streets. ' It's not good 'cop work', just easy 'cop work,' but as Peter Rammer often points out, far more dangerous criminals roam free. Marty was reckless because he shares the same habit as his ladies. The ladies themselves are often reckless due not only to their habits, but their warped sense of reality which their habits are intended to fix. If Marty resurfaces, I doubt that he will be anywhere near as high profile as he was on Haines Road. One girl told me she stopped using his place as soon as she saw the eviction notice on the door.

For me, the Grove area is a better scoop point since I can pull off the main and use a side street which has pretty much always been my MO. It can be frustrating, because like I've said, I often see girls at ridiculous times when there's too much traffic and my number one rule is to try not be seen scooping. Obviously, that's hard to do on a busy road with lots of traffic in broad daylight.
