My point in showing her your post was to let her know she may think she got away with it. She didn't. Now the cats out of the bag. You may not see the effect but she will. Not saying nobody will see her. Just many that may have considered doing so will step back and rethink their options, knowing damn well they could be next.

This type of behavior and her reaction when being confronted by an outsider about the incident shows exactly what I am constantly drumming on the keyboard here. BNS, you did the right thing by posting your experience here so others know what to expect from her. I don't care if she stole ten dollars or a thousand, what she did was wrong.

I'm sure I'm not the first person she ripped off and I'm sure I won't be the last. I would guess she has developed and eye for who is a good target. I wouldn't be surprised if she moves on to coordinating robberies. As for the money, I would have paid her just to get out of my car it wasn't a big loss for me.

Personally I believe in honest pay for honest work. But it seems like there are many bad actors (on both sides) that make this hobby unpleasant. I know a dude who trusted a girl enough to bring her into his home and later she comes with some other dude and they steal his safe containing $12 k. Additionally, I'm sure there are countless mongers out there that would gladly try to not pay, even if they had the best service in the world. I'm sure there are "jack-the-ripper" types out there as well.

A few months ago I saw some pathetic dude get beat up by a group of girls and a few guys. I'm guess he did one of the girls dirty. Maybe gave one of them an std or cheated. They were taking up both lanes on the ave. The mob let him go without roughing him up too bad so I guess it wasn't too serious.

Not too long ago I saw a car plow into a pedestrian and just drive off.

In the beginning of the pandemic there were several incidents of people getting shot and killed over being asked to put on a mask. It's horrible to lose your life over something like that.

For a while, there were people trying to sell guns on the escort sites. I heard gun homicides increased 40% over the pandemic.

I don't think Philly is the most dangerous city out there but it is definitely not the safest. And within Philly there are definitely safer parts and more dangerous parts.

I think cops do their part to keep certain things out of the better neighborhoods.

A while back I was shopping in center city and out of nowhere I see an under cover cop pins a black guy to the wall and within less than a second several cop cars arrive as reinforcements. My best guess is that the guy was trying to sell drugs in the nicer part of town but got caught.

Even in Chinatown there are shooting incidents. The reports online seem to have mongers doing the shooting. But I have a suspicion that sometimes an MP needs to use force but they are better at cleaning up after themselves and not being noticed so they don't get report (although this is purely speculative and most mp's I've been to seem nonviolent).

Hellcats are cool cars and make a lot of power but you could get a near stock 1986 Buick Grand National that can beat them out the hole no problem. LOL. Matter of fact, right on Buckius street, for those that don't know, there is a mint 1987 sliver T-Type that's always parked. Out the hole it's actually probably the fastest car around but it looks like something your grandma would drive. Seen a super clean 1987 grand national on Kensington and allegheny over the summer also just cruising along.
