I thought it was highly unusual J would ban you from you said. I didn't want to make assumption about you so didn't say anything else. Even I never got banned by any booker and I am the guy who takes risks. To me, a ban like that would mean a guy did something really unforgivable to a girl or got one too many complaints about him. Based on your description of yourself, you would never be banned EVER.

I also don't push my LUCK; I always come on time, maybe at most 5 minutes late and leave right on time. I sometimes tip and I am respectful. If I rarely cancel, my cancel rate is less than 5% of time. So it was unusual experience for me.

For me, it does not have to be BBFS to be a GOOD TIME.
