RE: Boss Lady and her warrants
Not White Knighting, or Advertising.
But curious that if Our Miss Boss Lady did have active warrants why would they have let her out?
Got a call from the Notel next to I-Hop this morning, she's definitely not with Uncle anymore.
Stay Safe.
She was corralled initially sometime in August and then released to await trial. Then, when she didn't show up a week or two ago to face her charges in court, which is known as FTA or Failure to Appear, that's when the warrant was issued for her arrest. The warrant then compels her to be brought before the court by any means necessary. Oddly enough, she has a bond of $4000 if I remember correctly, which is unusual. Typically, FTA is a NO BOND violation. Under those circumstances, when picked up again, then the perpetrator is subject to sit in Uncle LEO's local motel until the matter is resolved. Which can be a month to 6 months or more. That's why so many individuals flee when confronted with LEO. They know they have a warrant, and they know that they're going to jail with no way to get out. Just a "legal" brief update on this cloudy Sunday evening.
Shaggy.
