If its bright and sunny out and dark inside the car its tough to see inside.

These cameras have extreme zoom capabilities as well incorporating other apps that include LP reconigition. Another primary reason for the upgrades was a result of unfavorable legal settlements stemming from events that occured in the lots.

Do not look just at the building perimeter. Pay attention to the parking lot light poles closely, specifically the areas in between the building mounted camera locations.

I really can't tell you the last time I seen let alone picked up a decent looking provider around Kensington. The girls that use to be hot years ago are the only ones I spot still walking the ave like Kelly. I can't believe she's still on the Ave looking for dates. She was one of the hottest I ever met online when she was in her prime. Big firm ass and a nice set of bolt-ons.

I'm confused about what you are saying because if you watch the daily youtube videos put out by kimgary, it shows alot of white females mostly by themselves wandering around or sitting around k ave and at least half of them look like they would get into a guy's car if he pulled up to them but I never see anyone ever pull up to them in these vids and there are alot of these k vids. Maybe you are looking at night and the daytime is better?

I totally agree with you about Kelly. Back in the day, she was so hot. Great ass, nice implants, plus the tats and the tongue piercing. However, she has fallen off hard, and is looking worse for the wear. It's a real shame, but it's a story as old as time in this game.

I'm curious to know what the other area that you went to for scouting talent. I used to check out torresdale ave, but it's been dead up there for a while. I also sometimes go to Bway in Camden, which can be hit or miss, but another decent option.

The same is true for license plates. Many people have some sort of cover. Some have fake temporary tags. Others cover their plate with tape or take off the back light or strip the paint off. I even seen one person hand write a fake license plate on a piece of cardboard.

Front is 20%.[/QUOTE]In some suburbs / areas, having tinted windows on a regular daily driver is basically saying, "Pull me over and give me a hard time for a fishing expedition by law enforcement and fine me for illegal tint. " Legal tint in PA for passenger vehicles is 70% which is nearly no difference from not having any tint at all. Then you factor in any deviation in the manufacturer / installers tint and the police tint gauge / meter and even if in good faith got a 70%.

Light / visibility tint you could still get a ticket.

Just because "everyone is doing it" won't hold up in front of a judge. And with the strong armed tactics of LE these days, why give them any reason, as if they need one, to make a traffic stop? Overly tinted window, messed with tags, no tags.

Those monkeying with their tags probably have no valid (expired) registration, no license or suspended, no insurance, capiases, etc. Apparently that is true for 50% of those on the streets in Philly! So yeah, some live on the edge. Once went to Traffic Court with a GF and the first dude up had 12 charges against him, which essentially boiled down to no license and no tags. That's a world of hurt over stupid little stuff. So getting away with things is a great idea, er, until it isn't. Just saying.

Those covers are designed to evade red-light cameras. Visible enough to be seen through when stopped but reflector / refractorized so when the cam flashes the tag gives total glare and is obscured.
