I couldn't have said it better
This post is mainly directed to the bookers and bosses. Every girl deserves to be treated with respect in every aspect of their work. It's not just a matter of fairness but of basic human decency. Respect means acknowledging the effort, time, and energy that each girl puts into her job and ensuring that she is treated with kindness and consideration. When a girl is treated well, she can perform at her best, feel valued, and maintain a positive work environment.
One way to show this respect is through proper scheduling. Bookers play a vital role in ensuring that girls have enough time to prepare the rooms between appointments. Rushing from one appointment to another without sufficient time to reset the space can be stressful and exhausting. Not only does it affect the girl's well-being, but it can also impact the quality of the experience for clients. By scheduling appointments thoughtfully and allowing reasonable breaks, bookers can contribute to a smoother, more professional, and more comfortable working environment.
Additionally, bosses must recognize and respect a girl's plea to reduce her number of appointments if needed. Every individual has limits, and pushing beyond those limits can lead to burnout, stress, and dissatisfaction. A girl who requests fewer appointments is not asking for special treatment; she is advocating for her well-being. A boss who listens and accommodates such requests is one who values their team and understands that a healthy, happy worker is also a more effective one.
Ultimately, treating every girl with respect, ensuring fair scheduling, and allowing flexibility when needed are all essential to maintaining a positive and successful work environment. When these needs are met, everyone benefits, from the workers to the clients to the business as a whole. Once again this is mainly directed to the bookers / bosses that frequent these forums so they can understand a girl's request if they need to have breaks in between appointments or less clients per day.
Well said. If the girls are happy, then the customers will be happy. And the money will flow. It's a win / win for everyone!
SBC Angel and other high priced HYA models
SBC Angel has already been here a month. Doubt she'll change her rate or rebrand at this point. Angel probably sees 2-4 a day at most. IMO that's all she can really handle considering her energy level and how easy she Os. I'm glad these HYA can come here to service whatever they can. You're paying for looks and low mileage. To me it's worth it. And as long as it's worth it for HYA models not to make as much as the service queens or BB specials who see double digits daily more power to them. Or maybe I've been in the game too long and I've had my share of service queens so I don't mind seeing an expensive HYA every once in a while for variety.
Reply, Grateful thoughts and Some advice
I meant to write paying for looks compared to the other kgirls providing and low service (not low mileage). I'm well aware they've been providing in Korea before coming to the US.
Reminiscing. Wow has it really been 19 years since I started this hobby. What incredible memories. I'm so grateful I was able to live out my fantasies with some of the most beautiful women I couldn't even imagine having before this journey.
Some advice, treat the girls well and they'll give you the best service they can offer whether it meets your expectations or not, it's the best that girl can do. Know what you want out of the experience and try to stay in your budget and you'll run into less disappointment. Try to have patience and avoid fomo, there will always be another girl. You get what you pay for in the long run. And if you're reading forums and reviews you're making the most of your money from gathering as much intel as possible. I'm guessing I've seen over 300 Asian girls in my 19 years about 30 of them were HYA and 6 of the HYA were ATF. Just to give you odds and expectations. I'm not even counting all the non asian girls (majority white girls) I've seen over the years.
