I've got some really long term connections that I've held and developed over a few years now, but I pop back on the site every few months or so if the schedules get messy. It takes quite a bit of trial and error though. And honestly, most guys don't want to deal with the dinner dates or hangouts and only want to meet and fuck, that's why the shift has occurred. It's both sides looking to use eachother as much as possible to get the most they can for as little work.

But there's some gems and sweet girls on there too, but usually once they are found, they're off the site.
