As the title says I am in town for a few days and decided to take a drive last night to see what action this city has to offer. I have RTFF and had an idea of what areas to look in. This particular operation may be unfolding now, but OT, Mid-town, and Liberty City have been on-going clean up sessions for the last 5 years, ever since the real estate "boom".
They wanted it all cleaned up because OT was going to be the next historical area of town to be cleaned up and made "trendy".
Mid-town and Liberty City were going to have upscale shopping and trendy condos too.
It hasn't been the same for the last 5 years, so this is just one more operation in a long line of similar projects.
Meanwhile, the real estate market crashed, condos are empty, OT was never developed, but they still want the SWers gone.
It sucks out there for the hobbyist monger right now.
