We will see more and more of that popping up through the summer. We will not be going to zero or even declining in the number of cases or deaths, but as the CDC / NIH predicts around 3 K deaths / day and north of 100 K. That is assuming that we still practice some of the recommendations.

What this means is a lot of our food supply will be left in the fields or as we have seen dumped. That is in addition to the fact April the trucking industry jobs losses that get that food to us will make it even more difficult.

I previously only knew of one chicken processing plant in Gainesville. Turns out there are several.

It went from 1238 on Apr 28th to 1997 on May 8th. That is not a decrease, that is over 38% increase. In cases. As for death rate decreasing. That mostly flat. But the GPH has admitted those are underreported as well.

Infections / cases don't tell entire story. A positive test doesn't necessarily send you to the hospital and you have to look at total tests given. Quick math. Since April 24th re-open, Georgia has tested 160k. Had 12,500 positives and 1,900 hospitalizations.

She had the opportunity to stand up for the medical community, when Trump asked her about ingesting bleach and shoving a UV light into a human bodies. But instead she remained quiet.

Since COVID-19 is a hoax and it's safe to go out, let's agree that those who want to go back to work, school, church, play, etc. Can do so. However, when they get sick, they have to self-treat. You don't get access to our emergency rooms, you don't get our medicines, you don't get to infect our doctors and nurses, you don't get a ventilator and you damn sure don't get it all for free at Grady.

Since it's all a hoax anyway, you should be happy to agree to this. Anyone who wants to re-open and go bowling and drinking and praying doesn't need to ask for help when they get sick anyway because it's just like the flu. Opening schools, churches, stores, etc. Isn't going to be that bad, so you should have no problem taking this gamble.

Let's set these rules, then let's see how many of FOX-watching rednecks would agree to them -- for themselves and their families. And when you get sick and bring it home to your families, they play by the same rules you're under.

In my opinion, the best course of action is to open up everything and let nature take its course and yes that does include me. I feel confident that it won't affect me but if it does, so be it. A vast majority of people will be unaffected by this virus health wise. I think just about all of us have felt it financially. Some more than others. A person can't live their life in fear or else what's the point of living? I've heard celebrity after celebrity contracting the virus with little to no affects. Data from California has shown that the actual cases in the US of people who have contracted the virus is at least 8 times more than the people who have been tested and confirmed for having the virus. The actual death rate is far lower than what is being pushed out in the media. There are so many ways to die. What is the old saying? A hundred million ways to die. Assaults, car accidents, stroke, heart attack, cancer, fall of a roof, another virus, etc. People die every day in a variety of ways. This virus does not scare me, personally. You can't fight fate. People believe they can but they would be wrong. That's why it's called fate. What does scare me is our current economic situation. Congress are talking now about a $3 trillion relief package. If that happens, that's $5 trillion spent by the federal government in less than 60 days. Damn!! Current deficit of more than $24 trillion. When does it end? Money doesn't grow on trees.

And since January, what's happened to the flu? All of a sudden, it just disappeared. Strange. As a nation, we have two choices. Keep it closed, which affects just about everyone negatively or open it up, which would affect a small amount of people negatively. If your argument is about saving lives, people will die in either scenario. Don't hold your breath for a vaccine. Not that one won't be discovered. It's just often times difficult and takes a long time. I feel that this was hyped up so much and so much damage has been done financially, politicians and experts can't reverse course since there would be shitstorm waiting for those people. Easier just to go with the flow and let the current situation take its course. Thoughts?

New York was literally on the verge of complete collapse for a few days there. And those initial estimates of fatalities.
