The funny thing is that even though you are making a nasty joke (could you PLEASE stop that?) , I have heard about the incalls done in the time-share properties and I guess it makes sense because they are nicer than upscale hotels and cost about the same overall, especially these days at prices in this economy. With so many people coming and going all the time and not having to worry about a single lobby entrance (or nosy hotel management) , no one really notices.

You get your money back when you sell your weeks. There are many low-cost weeks available around the country ($2k to $6k each for distressed sales) so it doesn't take much to buy in. Many "urgent to sell" are highly ranked and rated RED year-round due to their location.

So they buy and bank the cheap weeks for an easy trade, and then choose destination. There is a nice one near Opryland. The "independents" advertise "upscale location, airport area" (sounds like Elm Hill, easy access, no nosy management, none of the costs and high taxes) , and it's full of visitors or tourists so it is down low in a nice busy environment. The "rent" the girls pay their management is pure profit. If the market is good when they get out of the biz, they can even make an extra profit on the sale of the weeks. This isn't the style of LaMont the Pimp who is more interested in blow. It is organized smart money, UTR.
