This is a broad generalization and applies mainly to my personal experiences, but I find that Chinese massage girls are by far the most likely to surprise me with additional services beyond HJ at a rub and tug. It looks like a race to the bottom to see which of the new places on pico will go full monty. So far the two that are across from each other are handie certified, the one at 667 is not yet.
