Went to Synn for the first time a few days ago (I've stuck to the Vu forever because it never fails me). I hit this club once every few months and I never know what to expect from the dancers here. Last trip a few months ago I sampled about 5 different dancers for the cheap topless dances and every one of them came through or at least offered to. That was a first for me to encounter players across the board.

A few months go by and I return last Saturday early in the afternoon when it is usually pretty much a wasteland. Instead I noticed several attractive dancers along with the novelty of porn star Julie Night working here after performing Jedi level dances at DVNH for so many years.

Most dancers were lazy. Sitting around hypnotized by their cell phones. Only one dancer approached me at all during the 1st hour. Finally the girl who I thought was the cutest approached. But you could also say rationally that you've got to have some give on account of the human psychology at play. We can sit back and wonder how businesswomen waste away their productive hours, but also think about how old, excruciating and just plain challenging to a girl's self-esteem it must be to make the rounds over and over only to be continually rejected and at best, have the same small talk and stupid conversations over and over with customers that won't even lead to any earnings so much of the time. Most of these women come to this business with self-esteem already on the critical list.

SoCal clubs are so stretched for talent that managers can hardly get away with enforcing rules that limits the prerogatives of quality girls enrolled at his club. These girls love their independence from the real work a day world and don't I envy them the independence they have. But damn I would not want to give ME a lap dance if I were born a hot babe.

I think clubs and the spirit of fun have been killed off by factors not relating to the economy. The main thing is the higher expectations for action from the customer base. So many dudes righteously feel like marks when they snag a few minutes of UHM for $$-$$$ and more in sleazy dark closets with strippers totally controlling the action and unseen in the dark. So I think more and more guys don't look to spend big bucks in clubs, and take their serious action directly to Monger Blvd. MPs and escorts, et al. Where price competition has made the whole scene much more consumer friendly over the years of bad economics.

So I've been frequenting King Henry's over in Gardena for a while now, but after reading some of the reports out of COI and Paradise in particular I'm thinking of heading there Friday after work, probably around 2pm-ish. Any one have any tips for a Paradise noob such as myself? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So I'd pick up the local paper at 7/11, the San Gabriel Tribune that has a coupon for free admission in the classifieds or sports section. No big deal but it's like picking up a $10 bill off the rack. Second, all regular dances are 2 for 1 at $40, but they run regular 3 for 1 specials so that's worth waiting for. Third, if you aren't independently wealthy, don't even think about getting talked into going to the VIP room. It is a preposterous ripoff. I know some guys here have the scratch and enjoy it, but still, you'd be better off spending a couple of hours with a high quality escort on a private date than 20 minutes in a grimy space with a stripper for the same money. Excellent advice Camel. The guy should print it, laminate it and refer to it often at Paradise. Friday afternoons can be great there, but do what you can to stay out of the $300 VIP. It can all happen in the lap area for a lot less. Be prepared for some god awful traffic on a Fri afternoon.
