I stay away from those AMP's for the very reason they work on a flat rate scale (more or less). What I like to do with massage providers is suggest a sliding scale- I initially set up a half hour appointment but ask if we are having a good connection if we could go over that time limit for an agreed upon rate. For example if the girl charges $60 a half and $100 a whole, between 30 minutes and 45 minutes would be $80 and anything over 45 would be $100. I have been seeing a girl named Sarah who posted on CL a while ago (and wants her info kept private) that was willing to go for this arrangement and it has worked out well for us both.
